IndoVision 20/20 focuses on empowering emerging leaders. The 20/20 formula is a nuclear chain-effect strategy of leadership building in which each mentored leader mentors 20 others and so on.

IndoVision 20/20 organizes leadership seminars throughout the nation and has mentoring programs for young emerging leaders towards this end. It also has a Hindi Correspondence School called Nava Jeevan Patrachar Pathyakram that offers initial lessons on becoming a follower of Christ.
